Plastic Components
Rubber Concept has recently developed Plastic division, where all common and specialized plastics are processed for manufacturing industrial components.
Depending on the volume, criticality and polymer, they are either injection-moulded or fabricated from ready plastic sheets or rods. For low volume or sampling purpose, VMC or turning machine are used to make dimensionally accurate plastic components.
We process following plastics:
