Rubber Concept manufactures Rubber Rollers, mainly by moulding process, under high hydraulic pressure, which ensures compact microstructure thus longer life and durability. High Hydraulic pressure ensures excellent Rubber to Metal contact thus reduce the chances of bonding failure and entrapment of air. Electronic temperature controller ensures uniform curing of Rubber over entire length of rolls thus reduce the variations. Rubber concept has developed various dies and moulds in the diameter range of 15 - 110 mm and length range of 100 – 1100 mm. Bigger sized rolls are manufactured in the autoclave under steam pressure.

Rubber Concept designs and manufacture precisely machined quality cores. All cores are machined to center axis. Rubber Concept emphasize that latest engineering codes and practices are adopted during production process from material selection, machining, assembly and welding. For the fabrication of core, high grade steel material is selected for fabrication. Seamless pipes of proper wall thickness are used. The shafts are shrink-fitted into pipe. The final assembly is machined on lathes as a single component.
At Rubber Concept, we believe rolls must be dynamically balanced in order to function properly. This is essential to the proper function of the roll in applications where rolls operate at elevated operating speeds. The center of axis of a roller must lie along the axis of rotation. Imbalance causes premature excessive wear of machine parts. It can cause uneven wear and rolls to heat-up in service. Imbalance forces soar as machine speeds increase. Imbalance can cause premature bearing failure. Depending on the customer requirements, we carry out dynamic balancing of roller to ensure hassle free long life of operations.
In printing industry, Quality of printing depends on Printing Ink, Paper and Rubber Roller Quality, while the most important factor for Rubber Roller quality is its finishing. Understanding this, Rubber Concept uses cylindrical grinding method for its roll, which gives best finishing, giving dimensional accuracy as low as 10-15 microns.
